  • How do you ship ?

Orders shipping via Knutsford will be picked up at the knutsford location in your area and Zip mail will be picked up at the post office closest to you. Once the order is processed an invoice will be sent to you with a tracking number.   • What is your Return policy ?
    Because of the intimate nature of the products we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
