Can i track my products once they are shipped?
You can track your package during its route to your delivery courier parish office or local post office. Tracking Codes are given right after we hand the package over to the courier.
Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Account/Card.
Cancellation by the Customer
Once you place an order, the order can only be cancelled before the Order has been hand to the courier. If the Order has been hand over to the courier you will not be able to cancel the order due to the personal nature of your purchase.
Replacement Policy
We will NOT accept returns replacements for products that are not to your liking, due to the personal nature and hygiene factor of your purchase.
We do not accept any replacement products except for cases of incorrect products being delivered to you.
We will replace certain products within 3 hours from the time of which the products are delivered. This only applies to the products received in manufacturing defective condition.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement.
We will NOT be able to accept replacement products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.

Most of our products are personal in nature, we will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking
